Dean Morrison is Australian to the bone and was born in Tweed Heads and raised on the beaches of Coolangata. With childhood sparing partners Joel Parkinson and Mick Fanning, being raised on a healthy diet of Kirra, Snapper Rocks, and Duranbah, is it any wonder he ended up on the WCT? Smooth and powerful are the words that would come to mind if you had to describe Deans surfing. A threat in anything from Hawaii to Huntington Beach, Dean is absolutely deadly for anyone that draws him in perfect barreling rights. Just ask anyone who has had to surf against him at the Superbank WCT, a contest he won in 2003. An all around good guy, look for Dingo to be waving the Australian flag at an event near you.
